  • FR Masterbatch A 100High-level active synergistic flame-retardant system working in the gas and condensed phases to improve flame retardancy.
  • FR Masterbatch B 100Cost-effective, high price/performance grade with medium-level active flame-retardant ingredients.
  • ATO-Free FR seriesHalogen-free synergistic system replacing antimony trioxide (ATO) 100%. Char-forming, high flame resistance; REACH and RoHS compliant.

Halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic cable fillers.

  • FR 34 – 34% LOIFor thick-section cables and price/performance-driven applications. High performance across a wide range of cross-sections in N2XH and NHXMH cables.
  • FR 45 – 45% LOIModerate-high flame retardancy for thin-section cables. High performance in N2XH and NHXMH cables.
  • FR 60 – 60% LOIFor high CPR classes and applications requiring high flame retardancy.

Non-stick HFFR fillers

Specially formulated fillers that prevent adhesion in XLPE-insulated cables without talcum powder.

  • NS 185-HHalogen-free cable filler preventing adhesion at low temperature profiles.
  • NS 185-80 FRHalogen-free HFFR filler with high flame retardancy (80% LOI).
  • NS 185-FRHalogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic HFFR cable filler.
Antioxidants & UV stabilisers

Antioxidants & UV stabilisers

Additives protecting polymers against light, oxidation and weathering.

  • HALS light stabilisersTrap free radicals and decompose hydroperoxides to prevent light-induced degradation and extend service life.
  • UV absorber seriesAbsorb UV radiation and convert it into harmless heat. Benzotriazole, benzophenone, benzoate and triazine types.
  • Antioxidant seriesPrevent oxidative degradation, ageing, discoloration and embrittlement. Hindered phenol, phosphite ester and thioester types.
